Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in every order from Value Variety Store.

If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from receiving your order — and in any condition (opened or unopened, used or unused) — to request a refund. In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service on +1 (844) 200-3312 by phone or email care@valuevarietystore.com.

Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 3–5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded — unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. See our return & cancellation policy for full return instructions and the return address.
